So HAPPY to be back to blogging. I know it’s been a while as I was/am extreamly swamped with work and stuff. But I am trying my best to get weekly update routine back (at least)!
Time flies and it’s already spring/summer. I start catching up my wardrobe with some suitable outfits. I love this raffle top at my first sight at Zara. Not only do I love the colour, but also the fake layering is so playful and chic! I paired up with my freyed hems jeans and chunky heeled which are all from Zara! Not sponsored, I admit I am Zaraholic (if this term exists?).
Looks like nerdy glasses are making a return. But this season, it’s metal frame kind of days. Sometimes if you are sick of being a glamourous girl (definitely not saying I am glamorous), try throwing on a nerdy glasses. This could be a surprise! Besides, chelsea boots are also the essential item of this season! I definitely need to hunt for more to pair with my outfits and backup my shoe rack!
Happy Wednesday loves! Wearing black + white is always my fav color combo (which you may tell from my previous post too, lol). Meanwhile, I am hoping to shot a beauty related post and share with you soon!
I am sure bandana rave has been awhile but I was kind of shying away from it because, #1, when I wear something around my neck, my face look rounder. (I know how I look like when wearing turtleneck or scarf, but I don’t care since I love them too much to complain). #2, I really don’t know how to style myself with this “funny” thing. But things changed after I saw many of my insta besties made the fabulous bandana demonstration, I just decided to give myself a chance.
Side note, my favourite girls met through Instagram, like Raysa, Ashley, have been so inspiring to me. (They were also the first girls that I interacted with when I just started IG). Thanks to instagram and blogging! Getting to know friends to talk about common things we love is awesome!
Looks like I have a regular routine for a weekly Thursday blog update these days. I did not do this by purpose. I usually just do/am able to do it whenever I have time and coincidentally, I had Thursday available lately so… yea!
I always love blazer b/c I love the way they look very classy and sophisticated. Have I mentioned to you that, I typically do not wear blazer to work. My job/employer does not require it nor would I spend too much time on paring up my outfits when I get up to work every day early in the morning. I prefer to wear it on a day off when I feel like having a little formal look when pair with some casual sweater/blouse underneath. I just think blazer and high heels are best friends too!
To continue to post some great finds I bought at Zara. I love this coat so much! Not only the color but also the texture. It feels so soft and glossy and this color is so special which I barely can find. You will never go wrong with any long coat b/c it goes very easy to style. Even just a pair of sneakers will make you look so trendy. I wear a turtleneck sweater inside in order to stay warm under this low temp.
It’s just a coincidence that I wore all blue items on me that day! I love hat/beanie or what ever covers my hair! It not only makes the style look differently, but also save me from washing hair sometimes. (how lazy I am!) This turtleneck sweater is so cozy and it comes with 10 colours. It’s also on sale now which is a very good price! I am going to order another light color again.
Hope you have a awesome week by far and Happy almost weekend my lovely friends!
Happy New Year dear friends! Hope you had a great holidays. I know you are not yet ready to be back on track for work. Neither am I… This is always my best time in a year!
There has been so much sales since November and I did buy a lot during the time. My all-the-time favourites are Zara, Banana Republic, Gap and Club Monaco. What are yours?
On New Year’s Eve, my hubby and I went to a Greek restaurant in Yaletown for dinner. After that, we went to Grand Villa Casino for countdown. The good thing is we won some money at the slot machine. It was not too much, like $20 something, but still feel awesome and fully satisfied. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we spent a countdown at Casino and it was so great! We just loved it. So how did you spend the New Year’s Eve?
